Client Success

We are very happy to announce the launch of our Client Success Program. Headed by Annie Peach, Client Success Manager, the aim of this program is to work with clients to ensure that we understand your needs and goals from the outset and that we meet or exceed these expectations throughout our partnership.

Here are the steps that Client Success is currently taking to ensure that we deliver exceptional service;

  1. Take part early in the sales process to inventory the needs and goals of the decision-making team purchasing our service.

  2. Participate in implementation, to inventory the needs and goals of the client administrative and clinical teams.

  3. Make regular touch points with new clients every 1-3 months (depending on needs and complexity) for the first year.

For clients that have been with MetricAid for more than a year, you will hear from Client Success once or twice a year at least, to make sure that we’re keeping an eye on what’s important to you and to ensure that we deliver the level of service you expect.
