Lora Webb
CEO
Having worked in healthcare for over 15 years, Lora is proud to lead a team providing first-in-class scheduling options to medical professionals. When not writing grants, helping manage day-to-day details, or planning for the future, Lora likes to indulge her passions for history and travel.
Chris Jones
Chief Engineer
Chris earned the designation of PEng after completing his undergraduate studies in Engineering Systems & Design at the University of Guelph. Introduced to programming in elementary school in the 1980s, Chris can now claim over 20 years of professional IT consulting experience in roles including systems engineering, software development, and technical support. Chris was the first employee of MetricAid in 2013!
Katie Sloat
Director of Client Services
Katie has five years of experience building schedules and client relationships at MetricAid. She is responsible for all client implementations and ensuring the team has surpassed the expectations of its users. Outside of work, Katie can be found playing ultimate frisbee or hanging out with her golden retrievers.
Annie Peach
Director of Business Development
As a Business Development Advisor, Annie works to support many of MetricAid’s domestic and international partnerships. She spearheaded the Client Success program, in which she works closely with clients to ensure that her team exceeds their expectations. Annie has a love for travel, and — fun fact — she is a pro at European left-hand drive.
Joel Stopper
Director of Software Development
Joel has a long career in effective communication and planning. He enjoys working with people in a collaborative environment where everyone’s voice matters. When not helping to create the next best thing in the world of scheduling he enjoys playing Minecraft with his family as well as reading as much science fiction as possible. He lived in South Korea for ten years but has landed back in Northern Ontario to raise a young family with his amazing partner in crime.

Sam Kurtzer
Product Manager- Service and Training
Sam has a BEd and brings a wide range of teaching experience (both classroom and online) to the job. With her credentials, Sam is an ideal training lead at MetricAid. Hop on training with Sam to learn about the MetricAid system — or to discuss dogs, jiu-jitsu, or anything nerdy.
Shelley Willis
Client Services Manager
Shelley started at MetricAid four years ago in a marketing role, which led to a Client Service position. She builds schedules for several clients, and also helps mentor new schedulers. Outside of work, Shelley loves riding horses and hanging out at home with her boyfriend and their two wonderful dogs.
Adam Morin
Team Lead
Adam’s experience in client service, both retail and public sector, helps him navigate the intricate detail involved in his work. His daily routine at MetricAid includes responding to client tickets and building schedules for different sites across the country. In his life outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his cat and playing hockey and Dungeons & Dragons!
Mason Geauvreau
Team Lead
Having graduated with a Specialization in Operations Management, Mason’s academic experiences have set him up well for the intricacies of physician scheduling and client services. In his downtime he enjoys watching sports, spending time with his family, and playing with his cat's Isla and Blair.
Travis Mazurek
Implementation Lead
Travis joined the MetricAid team in January 2020. He completed an M.Sc.at the University of Guelph focused on bioinformatics. Outside of work Travis explores the outdoors, sips sour beers, and plays board games with friends and family.
Reagan Lawton
Scheduler
Reagan joined the MetricAid team in December 2021. With a background in scheduling as well as in healthcare, Reagan is excited to build upon her experience. She is prepared to solve preference puzzles and make sure all clients are provided with excellent schedules. In her free time, Reagan enjoys reading, playing board games, rollerblading, and traveling to warmer places.
Katherine Jones
Scheduler
Katherine has a degree in Biomedical Science from the University of Ottawa, where she studied in both English and French. She started working at MetricAid as a scheduler in January 2023, where she uses her knowledge of French and her understanding of the medical field to assist in meeting clients’ needs. In her spare time, she plays several musical instruments and reads books on any subject, especially medical nonfiction.
Nicole McCullagh
Scheduler
Nicole started her career with MetricAid in February 2023. With her education and experience in office administration she brings her attention to detail to building great schedules for our clients. Outside of work Nicole enjoys travelling, reading, the outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
Jillane Thomas
Scheduler
New to Metric Aid, Jillane comes to us with over 10 plus years of administration experience in both the private and healthcare sectors. Jillane is a Super Mario Bros enthusiast, animal lover, cupcake baker, and enjoys spending quality time with her family.
Kelsey Anderson
Scheduler
Kelsey came to MetricAid in Spring 2023. Her combination of customer service and administrative experience has prepared her to be a great asset to the team. When not at work you can find her spending time with her golden retriever and tabby cat or hanging with her niblings.
Rhonda Dewey
Scheduler
Rhonda has many years of experience in healthcare as a PSW and over the past 4 years, she has gained experience in an administrative role. She looks forward to bringing her knowledge of schedules from these fields to learn and create more intricate schedules at MetricAid. Outside of work she enjoys spending quality time with her family, all things outdoors and she loves all things crafting. This includes her new love for crochet.

Paula joined the MetricAid team in August 2023 with an educational and professional background in science. Paula enjoys the art of macramé, watching tv/movies, and spending time with her family.
Ashley McCauley
Scheduler
Ashley joined the MetricAid team in September 2023. She has a strong background in science and a keen eye for detail. When she's not busy piecing together schedules, you might catch Ashley foraging for wild mushrooms or geeking out over her latest horticultural project.
Mandy Smith
Scheduler
Mandy came to Metricaid with 20 plus years of combined sales/service and management experience. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, running on her treadmill, and spending time with her family. She always welcomes a good challenge and never turns down a puzzle.
Andrew Sowka
Scheduler
Andrew is one of the latest additions to the Client Services team! He leans on his Sudoku / puzzle skills, critical thinking & problem solving from a background on Film Sets, creativity from Music writing / production / performance & freelance Videography and positive attitude & calm demeanor from a place of general gratitude & diplomacy. Please ask him if you need a hand building something on the weekend, fixing the car or recording your newest tune!

With a keen interest in collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation Ben enjoys further cultivating his abilities at MetricAid. When not at work he is likely outside hiking, cycling, nordic skiing, etc.
Liam Heinrich

Liam Joined MetricAid after working as a photographer and graphic designer for 5 years, bringing with him his knowledge and proficiency in utilizing software, and sticking to strict timelines. Liam has a drive for helping people whenever he can and is always wanting to go the extra mile. In his free time Liam enjoys playing video games, watching or creating animations and listening to audiobooks!

Casey Wike has 20 years’ experience working on the front lines of a busy ED. This complements his role of Data Analyst, lending understanding to the numbers. When he isn't focusing his analyst skills on improving ED performance metrics, Casey applies them to great effect in the world of table-top and computer games.
Ariel Vogt

Ariel is tasked with understanding the user’s requirements, as well as maintaining, designing, and developing code. Once work is done, Ariel enjoys the next best thing in the world: cuddling with her dogs.

Alex is a very private man who doesn’t like bios or deadlines for submitting them. At MetricAid he is the secret superhero who generates the myriad custom reports that clients request every day.
Renée Grant
Software Developer
With a passion for accessible front-end design and development, Renée took on the role of MetricAid’s Mobile App Developer. While working on the new app, Renée drinks exorbitant amounts of coffee and finds time to enjoy cat antics. At home, Renée drinks even more coffee and makes messy memories with her kids.
Sebastien Labarre

Sebastien Completed a change of career direction and went to SAIT college for programming in 2014. He has been Programming full time ever since and loves it. Avid lover of board games and computer strategy games. There is just a gratifying thing when developing a strategy to conquer your foes. For other hobbies, nothing is better than hiking in the woods and breathing in what nature has given us.

Vince has come to MetricAid after twenty years in hospitality and twelve years as a session drummer. Driven by a passion for tinkering, problem solving, and all things computer, he is thrilled to be part of MetricAid's diverse team as we work together to build something great. Vince also has a deep love for music, dogs (especially his boy Elroy), and craft beer--all things best enjoyed with good friends.
