Rate My Schedule Update

Annie Peach,

Client Success Manager

Every scheduler will tell you that a good schedule is equitable, meets the needs of their department, and makes those being scheduled happy. They will also tell you that a good schedule can have a positive effect on the overall function and flow of an ED -  but how do you measure schedule satisfaction?

MetricAid’s Rate My Schedule feature is the answer. To date, more than 100 clients have provided feedback with an average rating of 4.7 out of 5!

This module offers the unique opportunity to rate the quality of your schedule and the service provided by MetricAid with both a numbered score and a free text field to allow for suggestions and comments. Physicians are prompted to provide their ratings for the last two periods they have worked. For example, in June, staff will be invited to rate their April and May schedules.

We gather all physician feedback into one easy-to-navigate report - accessible to any department administrator(s) with permission - where you’ll be able to see the feedback provided by each user for each period and can filter results as needed. We, as a team, embrace your honest feedback and make it a point to read all of the comments. Our Client Service team has implemented a regular review of the Rate My Schedule results as a part of our process to ensure that we continue to meet and exceed the needs of our clients. The shared ideas and perspectives help us to adjust our processes with the goal of delivering an increasingly exceptional experience.
