Expanded Live Support Hours
During the last 6 weeks, as we transitioned 1000’s of users from the Medevision platform, one of the things our new clients liked most was the quality and availability of our support.
MetricAid support is provided by our team of schedulers, who all work from our office in North Bay, Ontario. This team uses our platform to build, deliver and manage schedules, making them technical and subject-matter experts. Many of the team have booked more than 100,000 shifts during their time here, so they know a thing or two about your needs!
We are very proud to announce that, starting November 2nd, 2020, we’ll be extending our live support to better meet our clients’ needs;
· Mon-Fri 08h00-21h00 EST (currently 08h00-17h00)
· Sat, Sun, 10h00-16h00 EST
· 362 days/year (closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day)
